Straightforward process. They asked me about my competencies and wanted to make sure it was a right cultural fit. They did stress the long hours for their type of work.
Phone interview then teams meeting. Communication was poor, gave short notice and would not reply to emails asking about next steps. The people were great, just thought the process could have been handled better.

Interview is a three step process, typical phone call HR, followed by in person meeting, and lastly VP meeting. Overall average experience. Kind people. Seems to be difficult to retain a position in the company.
