Phone Screen with recruiter, had a good conversation about the role. Hang up was on salary, I was open about what I was making and they told me they could not pay me that much.

The interview process was pretty smooth, overall was about 10-15 mins asking basic questions. For example, “explain a time you had a conflict with a co worker & had it resolved” things like that.

you talk to one person she ask you questions about your ability to work. It's about a 20 min process then you fell out your application then a second interview and ask similar questions. Then they let you know if your hired or not. Then you have to do a drug test
