I was contacted about four weeks prior to my hire date. There was a phone interview with the recruiter, then an in person interview with the hiring manager. After meeting with the hiring manager, there's an interview with the team you'll be working with. The onboarding process was also great, I received a ton of valuable information and the team I joined really made me feel at home. About three months after my hire date, CoBank then includes you into the orientation event that really dives deeper into the bank and how it's run. I thought this was a great way to let employees settle in and get a feel for their job before really understanding the bank's process.
