Interview
Brought in for a personal interview with the department supervisor and department manager. It was a relaxed atmosphere where the supervisor asked general questions about background, training, and career/life goals as dictated by the company's interview process, then the manager asked a few questions to judge technical competence with the relevant GIS programs. There was no follow-up interview.

Interview
It was very straight-forward and comprehensive, a lot was covered and they were very open to questions I had about the position. I unfortunately have not heard back from the company after my initial interview and attempts to follow up.
