There was an initial phone screening, where they go over some personality based questions as well as availability. After the screening, they will bring you in to go over some of your work history, as well as complete a mock call to see how you are on the phones.

They did a phone interview first. I was called pretty quickly after my application was sent in. It was very vague on when they would call. I was not able to adequately prepare.
