Coast Packing Company interview questions

They ask about your work experience for the position you apply for or related experience that can be applied, then they will ask questions about how you handle certain challenges that could apply to the position applied for or from previous employers, job projects you have been involved in that didn’t go as planned and what you learned from it and how you handled it differently now learning from that experience and final question is what is your weakness and can you improve on it, also any skills obtained that will help with the position applied for, for instance if you’re forklift certified and or speak Spanish to better communicate with co workers, then you can ask questions about the company position pay etc
