15-20 minute vetting process with lots of pausing and silence from the owner. Couldn't tell if I was being sized up or he was just trying to figure out what he was going to ask next. Kind of a long creepy stare too but very upfront about what is expected from you. Comes off hard to impress so be on your A-game.
