Interview
There was a sheet of questions/requirements that you should pass to get the job. Two different managers went over the questions with me and made sure I understood the requirements. It wasn't too nerve-racking, they seemed very friendly.

Why do you think you would be a good fit for this job?
Was very quick like ten minutes. if you haven't heard back in 24 hours they aren't interested.
They ask you what drew you to this company, How do you turn bad situations around, Best to apply when you know your strengths and weakness. Preparing answers to interview questions is a good way to sound more focus. You don't want to seem confused.

No questions were difficult. However being as where I see myself in 10 years was unexpected. Also be prepared to answer what your favourite dish is.
