I was contacted by the recruiter after applying online. I could barely make out what the recruiter was saying in my voice mail. It took a while to get back with her but eventually made an appointment for a formal onsite interview. The process was very formal where I interviewed with a panel of 4 for about 2 hours in person and on site. Each person read their questions from a list of prearranged questions and did not deviate from it. The interviewers asked mostly high level questions and dis not drill down for more detail. Overall it was a pleasant experience interview wise but I thought the recruiter was careless. She never gave me an overview of the process or any info on when they would get back to me. I sent thank you notes but got no acknowledgment or feedback at all. I never heard back one way or the other on this job which is not very professional given the formal nature of the interview itself.
