The questions asked mostly related to the practical experience. Also general AWS questions are part of the interview.

Question 1

Troubleshooting steps when application was downs.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Cobb Systems Group (Bengaluru) in Feb 2020
Interview
It is not a one day process.
Day 1: Computer Based Test comprising of technical MCQ questions with limited time frame. This takes place on their own platform.
There will be one question related to analytical reasoning as well
Day 2: If you clear the first round, you are shortlisted for the technical interview.
The interviewer was pretty good, helpful and gave hints as well, if he sees that the candidate knows the concepts. The interview was very detailed, he asked a few output based questions, asked to write few codes on pen and paper, debug some codes having issues.
Managerial round happens on the same day if you clear the technical interview.
In the managerial round they ask you questions of all sorts. It went up to 1.5 hours for me. Questions asked were 'What do you mean by hardwork?', 'How many challenges you can take up?', 'How would you handle certain situations?' etc.
What went wrong in the entire process was the salary negotiation. As usual in all interviews, before attending the interview I was confirmed on a certain package. I attended the interview based on that. After clearing all rounds there was no communication from the recruiter/agency, upon calling them up, I was told that I was out of budget for them. No negotiations happened, and I was clearly told that I had cleared all rounds.
No company should waste the time of genuine candidates.
I do not recommend this organisation.
