I was asked some competency questions like: My strengths / weaknesses, most difficult project, etc. It was a Graduate Development, if selected the candidate would be given 4-5 assignments over a period of 2 years or so in different departments. On successful completion you can be given a full time offer in the department you did the best or you liked.
