Cobham Quality Engineer interview questions

The interview was more overly complicated than it should have been. After passing the two recruiter phone interviews, I had another two phone interviews with the manager of the group I was going to work with. I then was asked to come to IA for another interview and this time it was a team/panel interview. It's where six of them sit around and gang up on you and ask you all sorts of questions right after the other. After passing the phone interviews, driving to IA and meeting with them for a panel interview, taking a timed test, giving me a tour of the facility, putting me up in a hotel and driving me around the area with a Real Estate agent looking for a place to move to, you would think that we're getting somewhere, but no, it didn't work out. They finally let the recruiter know two weeks later. Unbelievable. What a waste of time.
