It is a 3 tier interview process. First you interview with the ESR (employee service representative) were you go over you resume and the position you are applying for. The second interview is with the ESR and the Store Director and they are the same questions and review of resume. The third is with the ESR, Store Director, and Market HR Manager and possibly the Market Manager. In the third interview they ask detailed questions about the reasons you left your previous employers and what you did for them in detail.
