Multistage interview consisting of online assessment centre, video interview, and panel interview with two people. Very long process, impossible to contact for feedback everything based on online recruitment platform which is not being updated regularly . I applied in first week of December, went through assessment centre and video interview straight away, within first two days, then 6 weeks of waiting for update and being invited for a face to face interview. I was asked to prepare presentation on Monday for my interview that took place on on Tuesday morning. After interview noone ever call back with feedback,no contact until end of February just to invite me for a interview that I already hold with them. Totally unorganised recruitment process, I would expect much more from the company this size.
