Cochran Automotive interview questions

Relaxed environment, in my opinion too many “chiefs”. There were 5 people sitting around a table to interview me, should have been a red flag. Worst of all what I was told in the interview did not end up being what actually happened.

Company was purchased by #1 Cochran and we were interviewed to retain our position. I had planned on leaving and was instead offered a promotion to a separate position and accepted. The interview process simply contained our available hours, current pay, and qualifications.
