I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Cococart in Jun 2022
Interview
A third-party agent contacted me to offer this position, then proceeded to schedule a video call. Tons of big company name dropping to say that Cococart people worked under these big companies, apparently as interns based on the feedback on glassdoor.
The client (Cococart) took 9 days to respond and gave me the coding challenge after the initial call with the agent. A Coderbyte link was sent to me for skill tests on JavaScript string manipulation. I finished and was able to answer it correctly and on time. They sent me an email after 5 days saying that they are unable to proceed with my application. They didn't even indicate why. Such a waste of time and effort.
