No feedback. No rejection. Just pure silence. At this point, it honestly feels like candidates should start sending consulting invoices after round 3 😄 Jokes aside, ghosting candidates after such an extensive process is not just unprofessional — it shows a lack of respect for time, effort, and expertise. Especially for senior roles where discussions go beyond Q&A and into actual problem-solving. Advice to Management: Basic communication isn’t that hard. Even a simple “no” is better than disappearing. Respect people’s time — especially when you’re asking for their ideas.
