very nice to me, asked standard questions. prepare to answer about past experiences with children. also they want to know if you have any hobbies you can share with the children
The screening interview went well. Interviewers were polite and asked good questions. They asked me to complete a take-home project for which I had to analyze logistics data and asked me to submit the project within a week which I found a bit of a hassle since I am a senior DS with over 5 years of experience and multiple publications. So I asked not to move forward with the process and they didn't reply, basically ghosted me.
