- Phone screener with recruiter
- Interview with hiring manager
- Take home writing assignment (5 business days to complete)
Received a canned rejection email after I sent in the writing assignment. The process felt impersonal and vague. Seems like if they're going to ask candidates to do so much unpaid work, they should at least give the courtesy of giving detailed feedback over the phone.

3. Onsite Interview - 4 separate interviews - Pedagogy, Technical, Editorial, Hiring Manager
Overall it was pretty standard, the pedagogy interview went over teaching practices and how I interact with my students. The technical interview was a typical algorithms question. In the editorial interview I was given an article and asked to review it with a rubric.
