The hiring and interview process of the company is very simple, but efficient and effective to screen out the best available resources as per the company's requirement.
My first round included a written test that included quant, verbal and LR, second round was a mix of technical and HR questions. Technical round included basic questions from your core or recently studied subject. These tests are basically meant to check your basics and concepts.
HR round was to check the confidence and communication skills. A bit of psychological questions were also involved to understand the stability of the mindset.
Be careful in solving the puzzles and presenting the answers to them in the given place. Be sure you are providing the answer to the specific question only in the allotted place. Some questions may be typical a little bit, but don't skip them, as some times they may carry more weight-age than other questions, not regarding marks.
