      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Codurance in Jan 2026

      Interview

The interview process is quite simple and quick, with 4 phases: interview with a recruiter, technical interview (just talking about past experiences and answering technical questions), live coding and a final step with HR manager. It took about one week. In general I liked the process and received great feedbacks. Unfortunately I didn't pass in the live coding. It consisted on a very simple task of building a table with HTML and CSS. IMO, the live coding task could be a bit more focused on the daily attributions of the job. I prepared myself for something more complex and focused on API integration, state management and components in general, but was tested in a very simple (and not covered by my recent preparation) HTML and CSS concepts. The assessment also covered automated tests, but in a so simple task, I felt that I couldn't show the whole extent of my knowledge in this area.
