The interview process is great, I am surprise how thorough the the recruiter interview me, it is as though the hiring manager is interviewing me. During the interview, the hiring managers are very engage and allow me to understand the culture and direction is what I am looking for.

Interview
Went through the preliminary round with their HR specialist and was expected to complete a bring home assessment. Proceeded to the second round with their HR Lead and chat for more than 1 hour.
In general, I would characterise the interview process as straightforward and devoid of technical complexity. The inquiries predominantly focused on my proposed actions in various hypothetical scenarios.
I did not get the offer in the end, I think its because of the expected salary I mentioned haha.
