Was contacted by one of the company's internal recruiters. Position was not formally approved yet but asked if I was interested. I still arranged time for a phone interview and went well. Was told on follow-up that itI was a good match and explained that the process would be to meet in several rounds of interview with groups and a video interview. Company recruiter kept in touch several times to make sure I was still interested. After position was finally approved I was contacted again to arrange an "official" interview by phone which lasted about 20 minutes. Thought it went well. Was asked the interview question below and my response. This would seem to be a significant need but was not part of the job requirements.. Was contacted a few days later by VM told that for this reason I would not be going forward?
