I attended interview at cognizant last month it was easy but they are taking more time for 1st round, and second round will be manager then last round will be HR round discuss package and joining, notice Period that's it.

Asking both configuration and customisation questions
Asked me 3- 4 questions related to last project about apex , rest vs soap and promise keyword in javascript and data binding in aura as well as about integration
It was a very good experience, first round will be codeing with apt round and second will be your model completion round and third will be HR and Tech round
