The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Cognizant (New Delhi)
Interview
They invite lot many candidates for the interview ranging from the experience of 3-11 years as if they really don't know their exact requirements and when they see the crowd they plan to filter them out. First strategy to filter is experience cut-off, which they change from 3-11 years to 4/5-11 years. If they still feel the crowd is too many to handle then they will filter them based on notice period. If the crowd is still the same then they ask them to go through a machine or paper test. This way they just waste candidate's time just to save their own time and efforts. Worst interview management. Needs lot of improvement and planning.
