Interview
Initially got a call from naukri. Gave Hackerank MCQ. 45 mins 52 questions. Java javascript react js . All are output based.
Got a call after one week that technical evaluation is scheduled via cognizant own video call system. Similar to zoom.
My bad I got an interviewer who is good for nothing. He only asked what he knows. That was also fine but he was not clear anything on any point. He has some understanding about something and he is blindly holding onto that much. I had to explain each and every thing. After all spoon feeding when I asked about my review he said I will share with hr. You will get a call from hr.
3 days gone still no call from HR.
Please select a panel who knows about what you are recruiting. Not a senior person who can't put his ego aside.

if you are getting conflict with other team mate then. what will you do ?
First there will be a screening round ,most probably a telephonic or video call followed by a Managerial round
Lastly a client round where you will be asked about your day to day contribution in project
