Interview
This is a off campus pool drive organized by KIOT college, Salem. I applied online and received a hall ticket to attend this drive.There are 4 rounds of interview process:
GD:
Group of 15 people where sent to a particular room. This round is more like JAM interview. They have given two topics. We need select one of the topic to speak for a minute. This is an easy round. They are checking only whether the candidate have the confidence to speak in front of a group. Only checking the communication. At the end of this round they announced the result. 10 people selected for the next round. I was one of them.
Written round:
Questions from Logical reasoning and English grammar. This round also easy to clear. I cleared this round also.
Technical HR: I am from CSE dept. So most my question from my core subjects only.

I didn't cleared this round. They said, you are shortlisted for the next general HR round. But most of the people from non CS background got selected for the final round. They said this not developer role. It is more of technical support role. Fluent communication required for this job. My friend got selected. He is now getting trained from the company. He said, 1 week training on English communication and after that there is final test to confirm the permanent job in this company. That s all. I went to attend this interview because of the IT developer role. They told this not developer it is tech support in the final interview only. I am disappointed with the college and the company. It is for arts and science students only not for engineering students. Before attending any interview from off campus pooled drive please confirm it first whether you are attending the interview.. for the right job. Good Luck everyone.

Can you explain the step-by-step journey of a data packet through the OSI layers
Aptitude, communication, technical, hr rounds are there in this hiring process. All three rounds are at average level of difficulty. So focus on more communication and networking based stuff. Then hr round is easy they just ask ate okay with relocation and salary and shifts

Interview
1st Round was the Communication Round, which was pretty easy.
The second Round was the Aptitude Round. I did pretty well, so I got to move on to the interview round.
So, for the GenC Role, they would mainly ask about Cloud and Network and things that you have mentioned in your resume.
