I was referred by a high-ranking member of the company. Had 1 interview before they chose to go with someone else. There were 2 associates on the call during the interview, and they took turns asking questions.

They asked me about my familiarity with international affairs, and they asked me where I thought I needed support in order to succeed as an intern.

Very simple for first two interviews, they mostly just wanted to get to know you. But by the end, you had to sit down and write out a report on a part of the country that you did not know about.
