Cohen Law Group interview questions

I had a zoom meeting where it seemed like the goal was to find reasons why my experience was not perfect. They said they were growing & in need of help, but very rigid in experience requirements. I am not sure why they bothered interviewing when they aren’t flexible on what they want.
