From the moment I walked in the HR was very unfriendly and did not smile. First to take a math test while being distracted by her nails clanking against her laptop, Rude and unprofessional. First interview question was insulting, what does it matter where I went to college, I got my degree didn't I??!
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Why did you choose Southern New Hampshire University for BS of Accounting?
Not to difficult. Asked mainly about past experience. No silly, "tell me about a time..." questions. Expect to talk to a few people, figure a department head, a higher up employee or two. Positive overall experience.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Coilcraft (Singapore) in Jul 2025
Interview
Honestly just a waste of time. 3 of interviewers didn't show any interest in getting to know the candidate and there was no positivity. If you feel like you want a place to work with a cold minded people, then this is definitely a starting place for Electrical Engineers. I told the HR to remove me from their candidate list as it is a toxic environment.
