First was appitude test it was of 50 marks n having 50 questions.
After clearing the test tgey send candidate to another office(which is far from first one)
where person from marketing team take intrview(candidate was expecting its may be technical round).
But after asking some questions he tell about company policy.
Where candidate need to pay 1.25 lacs.
Which is no one can pay.
Really you guys are there to make people fool.if you are taking that much bigger amout as training fees then give at least worth package.
No one is senseless to trapped in your policies.

Apptitude test contained mixed questions based on c,.net,clock,pipe n cistern,calander.

2 phone screens with the VP of Engineering, two on-sites interviews with founders and C-level including CEO, CTO, COO and Head of Design. I was queried on support philosophy, importance of metrics and given a preview of expectations, namely, excellent customer support.

The first phone screen involves bunch of objective-c terminology questions. I personally don't think these are helpful to screen out candidates but some might say otherwise. The interviewer didn't event introduce himself and was only eager to ask these questionnaire.
