Reached out to me about a month after I submitted my application for an interview. Seemed unorganized from the beginning. Had a phone tech screen with Engineering Lead/co-founder? He sounded rather condescending with typical "startup" attitude.
Interview consisted of typical chat about your background, skills, few questions from your resume, and live coding session.
After an hour interview, wasn't even given chance to ask questions from my end, what a joke. Don't assume that everyone who applies is dying to work at your company...it's just one of many. Give every candidate time to ask questions. You need to impress candidates as much as they do. This company needs a better interviewer who has has more experience dealing with people and interview process.
