I had 3 interview sessions, One from recruitment, second from the HR, and Ops , the last is from Ops and Founder. In my opinion i didn't mind it took me 2 Months to finalized the Job Application as it occurred on Nov-Dec, which is understandable. The Recruitment is a different entity with the Company as part of their business extension. The exam part was the most memorable as it requires essay-like answers with situation based questionnaires, this motivated me to put more effort and taught me new learnings along the way. They are clear with their business goals and are transparent with the values, which i think my last company lacks of. Straightforward interview, checks your capacity, experience, attitude and creativity, I like that they are expressive of their own opinion, I can see they know what they're worth I'm glad I accepted the offer. I find it too much that they require or atleast its part of my to do list to post my expression to LinkedIN and Slack (internally) for my arrival. Im generally discreet and avoid this activities, but hey, if that breaks me out of comfort zone, i should take it on a positive note. Thank you Coingecko!

Following the interview, I was given a case study to complete. Despite consulting with three experienced seniors from the same field — all of whom work for direct competitors of CoinGecko — I was rejected immediately after submitting the case study. This outcome left me feeling that my rejection may have been influenced by bias, possibly related to my race.
