Got a call from consultancy company. First round was face to face interview. My interview was scheduled at 7PM om Friday. I reached the office at 6:50PM. After some time interviewer came and started asking questions randomly. She didn't ask what I know or my resume. Gave me a programming problem to solve and I solved it accurately but she just said it won't work. Nothing else , why , what is the mistake, nothing. She asked me another problem and in between kept asking random question which was not related to that problem. From the start I could see that She is neither experienced nor interested in taking interview. She was standing in the whole process and kept going outside the room. She got irritated for no reason and raised her voice once. After around 20 minutes she told that everyone has left and she will share the feedback with HR and the HR will let me know. I never got any call again. This was a pretty bad interview experience.
