O processo foi dividido em 4 etapas, sendo as duas primeiras feitas pela empresa de recutamento e as duas seguntes pela Coinbase: 1) Um recrutador de uma empresa especializada em recrutamento me abordou e tivemos um papo para entender se meu perfil batia com o esperado para a vaga. 2) Um desafio de programação que envolvia desenvolver alguns endpoints e testes e corrigir uns testes que estavam falhando. 3) Desenvolver uma interface "iterable" e implementar essa interface para vários tipos concretos: interação de lista, iteração em intervalo, iteração de números ímpares. 4) Design de arquitetura, desenhar como um implementaria um sistema de troca de mensagens parecido com o Slack com endpoints, modelagem de dados, indíces etc.
There was a personality test, then an iq test, then an Ai coding interview, then two leetcode problems, one behavior interview, and one system design asking to design one of coinbases websites

Highly impressed by the progressive CodeSignal format. Despite scoring 540/600, the evolving feature additions tested my architecture skills. Though rejected, the experience was a valuable challenge for staff-level system design.

First there was a phone screen. Then received emails for a work style assessment, and a coding test. They sent a rejection within a few days, before the 7 day time frame they had given me to complete the test.
