Coinfirm interview questions

had 2 interviews, 1st with the recruiter and second with the head of accounts. Was promised a response within 2 weeks. 2 Months later and they just ghosted me. Not a very nice thing to do to candidates. Its okay to not get the position but at least inform the candidates especially after telling them that they should expect an answer.
