Very casual, it didn't even feel like a job interview. The manager lazily flipped through my resume then asked if I came to the hiring event with my boyfriend and if he was looking for a job. The manager then told me he needs "females" to encourage men to buy motorcycle clothing and accessories. He was not going to explain the other job position that he explained to the previous interviewee, so I had to ask, as it was a similar position to the one I did in the military.
