I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Colibrium (Atlanta, GA) in Nov 2017
Interview
My experience working with the Colibrium recruiter was great. I felt comfortable with all who interviewed me, and everyone was very accommodating to my schedule. I did not feel like I had to pretend to be someone I wasn't, and thus, the conversations flowed with ease.

Question 1
I was asked to share an experience when I had to think outside of the box.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Colibrium (Atlanta, GA)
Interview
I spoke with a recruiter and the process felt very unprofessional (wouldn’t leave voicemails, emails sent were professional) and she sounded like she wasn’t knowledgeable about the industry itself. I should’ve taken that as a red flag. When it was clear that the job posting requirements weren’t the same as what she was looking for she just abruptly ended the conversation. I wouldn’t want to interview with them again.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Colibrium in Sept 2011
Interview
The interview process is exhaustive including a survey to determine if you are a good fit from a profile perspective followed by 4-hours working on a business problem, developing a presentation (which you never have to do when you work for them), delivering the presentation (again something you never do), and going thru a session with 6 people questioning your approach and asking questions (another experience you never have when working for them).
