I also get trapped with this company's hiring process , i don't understand how can they give MVC application to modify on their remote server & that too you have to take time first to understand the flow of the application reading their text file in limited time , Their remote server was awfully slow connected & the family member detail link was also not working .
I don't think the companies who challenges the candidates on these kind of tests , white boarding or online tests at the time of interview are ever serious or hire anyone. Can't these companies take any phone screening followed by face to face technical interview , They challenge the experienced persons taking these tests & waste their time & confidence level & all intentions are not to give any offer ,so their own job will be intact & they keep looking the candidates .
