Collective[i] Project Manager - Scrum Master interview questions

The interview process started okay. The first stage with the intern recruiter and the second stage with the hiring manager was great. He was pretty cool and nice, The 3rd stage was with a peer. She was cocky, was asking canned questions, and didn't allow me to talk about my past experience, it felt like she was looking for a friend and it is weird that the company would leave recruitment decisions to a peer who only started the role 2-3 months before. The 3rd stage was an unpleasant experience and I knew they weren't a great fit for me. I did get a rejection a few days later. I wouldn't have taken an offer anyways.
