They asked the same three questions asked about previous three jobs. It was difficult to get a sense of their values or share meaningful examples. The questions were a regurgitation of my resume.

Interviewed for a director level role that took five rounds and multiple writing submissions and tests. Everyone was pleasant and nice, but the process seemed like overkill and took a LOT of time, and made me skeptical of the operations of that department and overall organization. HR/recruiter was not pleasant when I declined the job.
