Collot Baca Localization interview questions

These people don't have any good recruitment processes in place and can't be taken seriously. After submitting a brief video responding to some pre-interview questions, I was scheduled for a video interview by a so-called 'Accounting Assistant'. They never showed up and after a while sent me an email saying that they would disregard my application because I did not 'connect' on time... I sent them proof that I was ready on time to take the call and that nobody was there and never heard back. Super sketchy. The recruiter requested a 3-minute video introduction to be delivered within less than 24 hours. Then, they scheduled an interview for the next day with one of the partners. When I mentioned I wasn't available at the proposed time and shared a few alternative options, I never received a response. That said, it was somewhat a relief since I had just read a lot of negative reviews about the company on Glassdoor.
