I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Colorado Symphony (Denver, CO) in Jan 2022
Interview
Via Zoom and an average interview. However, the energy felt like I was being interviewed because HR required it, despite them already having someone chosen. Regardless of having more years of experience in this niche industry than the job description required, they informed me that "moving forward with other candidates who have experience and skills that more closely fit our needs."

Interview
30 min zoom interview with 3/4 of the creative team members. Everyone was nice. Questions were in line with industry standards. Hard to build rapport with that many people at once and over zoom.

I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Colorado Symphony (Denver, CO) in Feb 2022
Interview
After not hearing back for several weeks and the position disappearing from the website, I received an email for an interview. After confirming a time, I did not hear back until the day before the interview, to which they changed the time. When entering the interview, there was a very uninviting presence and one of the interviewers was clearly doing other work while I was answering questions. It was awkward.
I was uninterested and did not follow up. Received an email two weeks later they were moving forward with other candidates.
