It was an easy process. The manager contacted me a couple days after I applied to schedule an interview. I met with the manager and she asked questions about my job experience and why I want to work there.

A digital interview was set up using Microsoft Teams and I had a conversation with the store manager. It lasted about 40 minutes and was offered the job on the spot.
