Completed the whole interview process in less than forty minutes, after the interview I took a tour of the entire plant and then returned to the office where they gave me my offer. Very easy and simple interview process. I wish more manufacturing companies had an interview process so easy. Everyone from HR to the Plant Manager was very easy to get along with which made me feel very comfortable.
