Super friendly and interesting interviewees. Thoughtful and engaging questions were asked, however communication prior was disorganised and struggled to be updated with replies. Was successful and onboarding processes has been straightforward but initial interview and acceptance was difficult.

It was a panel interview, with the person you'll be reporting to, and 2 others from different teams. The host mainly asked questions related to the role, as well as technical questions about how you would approach problem solving and people management.
