Commonwealth of Virginia interview questions

Panel interview with 3 managers and 1 director. Questions were definitely HR Pre-approved in behavioral situation format: "Tell me a time when." Staff were very professional. Process was smooth and I was less nervous after getting started. The round robin method was used to allow every interviewer ask a question which the read from the page.

There were two separate interviews. The questions were fair and more about my ability to service those with disabilities and supporting with self advocacy. I appreciated the diversity of the interview panel.
