Interview
Applied online, after 3 days, received an interview request by HR via email. First interview was with HR via video. HR was friendly and professional - asked questions regarding my behavior and personality. After the interview, I was asked to complete a behavioral and math assessment of about 50 questions, timed. Second interview was with a manager (to be my manager) which was very conversational, warm, and fairly easy going (1 hour) via video call. Last interview was with the director of the department, via video 1 hour in length which was a change in pace. The director started the call with telling me the outline of the role, the environment and the position then asked me to fill in any gaps of how I fit in this role. After the 3 rounds of interviews, I was emailed by HR to my liking that I was given stellar feedback from all management and moving forward in the process - yet to continue to wait for an outcome. After 7 weeks and the second missed deadline of communication, I reached out to HR to inquire about the role.

How are you strengthening your career (any milestones)?
HR screening was fairly straightforward and focused mostly on basic background questions, experience, availability, and interest in the role. The process would be followed by an online personality assessment. There may also be an onsite interview later in the process depending on the role/team.

Interview
Very casual conversation with two parties. Mostly gauging my knowledge and past experience. Discussed work life balance and work location and expectations. Discussed my ACH depth of knowledge and customer service experience. Teams meeting with no video for interview format.
