I applied online for a position and was contacted the next day to set up an interview. The interview process was very easy; the nurse recruiter and nurse manager were very friendly and helpful throughout the process.

Interview
Professional, yet personal as well. No invasive questioning but the interviewer made me feel like she was really trying to help me evaluate the facility for my own opinions. They answered many of my questions about the facility honestly and never attempted to scare or scrutinize my knowledge. After the interview, I waited a few days and then called her back and was awarded the job.
