Candidates are interviewed in the break room of the DME warehouse by the coordinator and manager, and then the DME director. The process lasts about an hour. Most questions are open-ended. Interviewers are looking for basic knowledge of the job, competetence, and a sense of compassion since compassion plays an important role within the entire organization.
